Our site is for exclusive use only and features 8 or 10 cosy glamping pods, accommodating up to 25 adults (or 30 with children), each equipped with double glazing, lighting, and heating to ensure comfort during all seasons.
Enjoy the privacy of an exclusive stay tailored to your party's needs, whether it's a birthday celebration, family gathering, wedding, or stag/hen party.
Our amenities include a BBQ house seating 30, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer and sink, hot showers, basins, and toilets for added convenience.
Unwind in our hot tub nestled under a covered area, available for guests over 12 years old, or gather around the fire pit with ample seating for cozy evenings under the stars. Explore the stunning surroundings with scenic walks through the farm fields and along the tranquil River Isbourne.
Minimum stay requirements of 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights during bank holidays ensure you have ample time to relax and enjoy your stay.

Nestled within our expansive twelve-acre woodland, our accommodation and facilities span across one acre, offering ample space for exploration. Take leisurely strolls alongside the meandering River Isbourne, soaking in the serene views. The farm teems with wildlife, including red deer, roebuck, various game birds, and an array of birds of prey, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts. Enjoy the tranquility of your own private natural retreat.

Our Woodland Glamping site features 10 insulated and double-glazed pods, complete with lighting and heating for colder months. Indulge in outdoor dining at the spacious BBQ house, illuminated with mood lighting, or refresh yourself in the washing facilities, boasting hot showers, basins, and toilets. Gather around the fire pit, doubling as a BBQ, for cozy evenings under the stars, and utilize the well-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, and a fridge-freezer.

Unfortunately, we do not permit dogs on the premises to ensure the preservation of local wildlife.
